Vanessa Lane is the co-founder and COO of BetterPlay Studios. A former middle school teacher turned technologist, she holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems and brings a rare blend of domain insight and business strategy to the company’s operations. She has won multiple pitch competitions and has successfully secured significant non-dilutive funding to advance BetterPlay’s mission and product development. Outside of work, you can find her playing Stardew Valley or Ultra Food Mess with her husband and two kids. As a Michigan transplant, Vanessa has adopted the Pistons as her second-favorite NBA team.
