Joey is the co-founder & CEO of Decimal Code, an automated medical coding spinout from Michigan Medicine. His experience spans hospital finance, research commercialization, and venture capital. Prior to Decimal Code, Joey helped launch startups out of the research institution and performed diligence for the Accelerate Blue Fund as a Venture Analyst at Michigan's Innovation Partnerships. He also brings revenue cycle expertise through his time at Michigan Medicine Central Finance. Joey earned his BBA at Michigan Ross and his MBA at Chicago Booth, where he focused on entrepreneurship and behavioral science.
